Ghillie will be in conversation with Nick Morris, owner of the Station House Cookery School in Kirkcudbright. Ghillie is the author of over 50 books including Seafood Journey: Tastes and Tales from Scotland and A Taste of the Highlands. Nick’s first cookery book will be published in 2026.
