Wild Food, Whisky And A Passion For Spice

Step into the wild world of award-winning writer and broadcaster Ghillie Başan as she shares rich stories of her remote Highland life, pairing wild food and spices with whisky, from her new book Food Whisky Life. Ghillie will be in conversation with Nick Morris, owner of the Station House Cookery School in Kirkcudbright. Ghillie is the author of over 50 books including Seafood Journey: Tastes and Tales from Scotland and A Taste of the Highlands. Nick’s first cookery book will be published in 2026.
